You don’t have to figure it out on your own.
We offer integrated support that brings together co-parenting counselling and divorce coaching. This means we can support both the emotional side of separation and the practical realities of parenting and decision-making.
Support may include:
-
Navigating separation and major life changes
-
Reducing conflict and improving communication
-
Creating parenting plans and consistent routines
-
Support with boundaries and difficult conversations
-
Managing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
-
Staying focused on your child’s needs while also caring for your own
We also support families where ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or other neurodivergent needs are part of the picture, adapting strategies so they are realistic and sustainable in everyday life.
Whether you’re at the beginning of this process or adjusting to a new normal, we meet you where you are and help you move forward with more confidence.

Collaborative Divorce
Our services are sometimes required as part of Collaborative Law. In this model, we work alongside collaborative lawyers, child specialists and financial experts to help parents create unique solutions that respond to the family values and goals.
With care and expertise, our therapists can assist teams in supporting both parties, and ensure agreements are made that consider the impact for all family members.
2. Child Therapy & Child Specialist Services
Children often experience separation and divorce in ways that are not always easy to express.
Our Child Specialists help children feel safe, understood, and supported, while also guiding parents in how to respond to their child’s needs.
We integrate:
-
Play-based therapy to support emotional expression
-
Neurodiversity-affirming approaches that recognize each child’s unique experience
-
Parent guidance to strengthen connection and confidence at home
Support may include:
-
Exploration of child's needs within two homes
-
Helping children process the changes within their family
-
Increasing emotional regulation and expression
-
Support for anxiety, anger or behavioural changes
-
Adjusting to new routines, homes, or family dynamic
-
Support for children with ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or other neurodivergent profiles
We work alongside parents so you feel more confident understanding and supporting your child through this transition.
3. Hear The Child (HTC) Reports
A HTC Report is a non-evaluative and honest reflection of a child’s own voice during times of family transition or breakdown.
It gives children the opportunity to express their thoughts and feelings, ensuring their perspective is truly heard and considered when decisions are made about their future.
Working together, we ensure your child is in control of what is shared and that nothing is included in the report without their permission, allowing them to feel safe and empowered in the process. Our team never includes any recommendations, nor will it state the opinions of the interviewer. We simply document words and emotions to be shared without bias or interpretation.

Support for Parents
This is a time that can feel overwhelming. You may be balancing your own emotions while trying to stay steady for your child.
We provide a space where you can talk through challenges openly and without judgement, gain clarity on decisions and next steps, and build tools to manage stress and emotional reactions. Over time, this work helps you feel more grounded and confident in your role as a parent.
Support is tailored to you, your family, and what you are navigating right now.

Gisella guided us through a very hard time for our family. We left her sessions with valuable solutions on how to guide our kids and better communicate as a family in transition. Thank you for your support!
