Our Offices
Internship 2026-2027
Thank you for your interest to do your practicum at Strong Ties. Our next opening for one practicum student will start in early September 2026 to late June 2027. Training is expected to happen for 1-2 weeks during the summer of 2026.
Days in which the intern will need to be available are as follows:

Mondays 4pm to 5.30pm

Wednesdays 3pm to 8pm

Thursdays 3pm to 8pm AND/OR Fridays 3pm to 8pm
Interns are expected to see about 4 clients per day and have 1-2 hours of direct supervision per week (depending on the number of clients). Our clinic services children, teens and families. This practicum is targeted to interns who want to learn skills to better work with this population. Experience working with children is an asset.
