I deeply believe in the inherent resilience of children and youth, recognizing their ability to overcome challenges and thrive. With the right support and guidance, young individuals can navigate obstacles and emerge stronger. My commitment lies in fostering environments that nurture this resilience, guiding them beyond mere coping to thriving. Through personalized interventions and unwavering support, I aim to instil confidence and resilience in young minds, enabling them to embrace their potential and lead fulfilling lives.

In my practice, I prioritize creating safe, non-judgmental spaces where meaningful connections can flourish, always ensuring confidentiality. Drawing from my extensive experience in the mental health field, I bring a compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting diverse clients on their journey towards healing and growth.

My educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Child and Youth Care and a Master’s in Counseling Psychology. As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), I offer a collaborative therapeutic journey, working together to address a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. I utilize various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and more, tailoring

interventions to meet each individual's unique needs and goals.

My areas of focus include anxiety, social skills, identity exploration, life issues, depression, addiction, grief/loss, relationships, trauma, burnout recovery, and communication skills enhancement.
