Rajani Dhillon is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, deeply dedicated to supporting the resilience and well-being of children and youth. She firmly believes in the inherent strength of young individuals to overcome challenges and thrive with the right guidance and support.
Specializing in working with individuals aged 5 to 19, Rajani provides compassionate care for those navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. For parents and caregivers, she offers consultations focused on building effective communication strategies and equipping them with tools to support their loved ones.
With extensive experience in community-based settings and mental health clinics, Rajani tailors her approach to each client’s unique needs. She employs evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies, to foster growth and promote lasting positive change.
