I’m here to walk alongside your family through the ups and downs of life, offering support, understanding, and a safe space to grow together. My heart is in helping children feel seen and heard, and in supporting the parent-child bond that is so central to a child’s emotional well-being. I believe that healing happens in connection, and that parents and caregivers play an essential role in that process.
My approach is grounded in the “Be With” attitudes—I’m here, I hear you, I care, I understand, and I delight in you. These guide the way I show up with children and families, creating a space where everyone feels safe, respected, and cared for.
I hold a Master’s in Counselling and a Bachelor of Education, and have spent years working with children in both school and counselling settings. These experiences have helped me understand the unique emotional and developmental needs of children and the many challenges families can face along the way.
Because children experience life and express themselves differently than adults, I use child-centered play therapy to help them explore their thoughts and feelings in a way that feels natural to them—through play. I can also draw on tools from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy when helpful, tailoring each approach to fit the child and their unique situation.
Whether I’m working directly with your child or supporting you as a caregiver, my goal is always to create a warm, encouraging space where your family feels supported. It’s a privilege to be part of your journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
