Still, you might be wondering why your child is struggling.

Intake session with caregivers: we discuss your concerns, goals for therapy, and brainstorm new strategies to try at home or at school.
Working with children: weekly 50-minute sessions are recommended as children need time to develop trust, get to know the environment and process what brought them to counselling.
Debrief with caregivers: after having worked with your child we meet to discuss how to best support him or her. We identify strengths and areas of growth and collaborate on ideas to continue helping your child grow and develop.
